To celebrate the rental day in April, Bilt Rewards members will be able to enjoy up to 100% bonuses on three popular airline loyalty programs when transferring their built points to Avios. Members can earn up to 100% bonuses when they pay for eligible Lyft rides using built points.
Other rental day perks for April include neighborhood dining and comedy experiences, soul cycle rides, exercise classes at Barry, and complimentary coffee at Bilt’s Neighborhood Cafe in New York. As always, Bilt members can also earn free monthly rent when playing the rent free game show.
Details of Bilt’s April rental dates
The special rental day perks for April include status-based point transfer bonuses for Select Airlines and additional status-based bonus opportunities if you have eligible vehicle payments in Lyft using Bilt Rewards Points. Bilt members can also drink free coffee and free groceries at Bilt’s Neighborhood Cafe in New York City.

Avios Transfer Bonus
This month, BILT members will receive a bonus when transferring BILT points to Avios via the British Airways Executive Club, Aer Lingus Aerclub, or Club Iberia Plus. You can then use these points to book flights with your selected airline.
The amount of bonus points you receive is based on your build status. Here’s how your transfer bonus will break down at your membership level:

It is important to note that participating airlines have three independent loyalty programs. To get bonuses, BILT members must link their BILT account to their corresponding loyalty account before making the transfer.
The Transfer Bonus Window will run on Midnight ET from April 1, 2025 until 11:59pm on the same day. BILT points must be transferred in 1,000 increments, and Bilt Blue members must transfer at least 2,000 points to qualify. Terminology applies.
BILT bonus points are provided at Lyft
Did you know that you can use your built points to pay for rides with Lyft? That’s true, and this month you can also extend your build points even more when redeeming them for eligible Lyft rides.
Until April 1st, Bilt members will be able to redeem eligible Lyft Rides Bilt Points and earn up to 100% value on their points. The exact amount of bonus values you receive is based on your build status and can be categorized as follows:
To take advantage of this bonus, you must first link your Bilt and Lyft accounts. Next, you choose to pay with Bilt Points when ordering Lyft Ride. The bonus will automatically apply to redemption.
The promotion will take place on April 1st at 11:59pm. Only points redemptions of up to $5,000 are available for equivalent spending. Your BILT account must be open at redemption rather than default to qualify, and you cannot earn Built Points when redeeming a vehicle’s built points.
Built Neighborhood Cafe
As part of the rental day in April, when you stop by Bilt’s Neighborhood Cafe in New York City, you can enjoy free hot coffee and iced coffee and free food. This offer is open to the doors of the first 1,000 members from 7:30am to 6pm on April 1st. Once you’re there, simply show your membership in the Bilt app.

Play Bilt’s free game shows within the Bilt app and play your chance to earn free rent. To enter the drawing, participants must correctly guess three of the most common answers to the game question. This is what you can win:

Rental Day Fitness Experience
Bilt members can book free classes at participating Soulcycle and Barry locations. These seats are the first cam, the first service, and reservations are open for each status level. Better yet, one lucky soul cycle rider will earn a free monthly rent (up to $2,500) just to participate.
Please note that Soulcycle Rent Day Rides and Barry’s Rent Day Classes bookings are final and you will be charged $30 if you do not attend. You will also be prohibited from booking future SoulCycle or Barry classes on rental days.

Reservations are open for each status level and can be used on a first-come, first-served basis using eligible cards linked to BILT points or members’ BILT accounts.
On rental days in April, neighborhood meal redemption and comedy experiences start at 2,500 build points or $40 per person, respectively. These bookings tend to book quickly, so act quickly if you’re interested. All sales are final.
Double credit card reward
Renters can earn more rewards with Bilt’s reward credit cards at the beginning of the month. Bilt MasterCard card holders earn double points on non-rental purchases made with the card with up to 1,000 bonus points, including:

4x points on travel (usually 2x points)

Double points for other purchases (usually 1x points)
The offer begins in the midnight eastern part of the night on April 1st and continues until 11:59pm. As a reminder, you must use your Bilt MasterCard at least five times a month to earn points.
However, don’t forget that Bilt Points are worth about 0.55 cents each when redeemed for rental. Therefore, 1,000 points is equivalent to $5.50 compared to rent. Other Bilt Redemption options, especially Bilt’s forwarding partners, offer better value.
